The need for beacon technologies is a result of our founders experience and research in information security training programs. Our team consists of security and technology professionals with over a decade of experience in information security and technology. 

Our training program is centered on the concept of micro learning that focuses on short spans of learning units and activities.  Research shows that human attention span has been decreasing and the average attention span of an adult is  around eight seconds. The traditional training programs tend to be lengthy and results in employees going through the training program for the sake of finishing it.
